We work with all kinds of people to organize “Pet Portrait Days”. Veterinarians, pet food retailers, doggy daycare operators, obedience clubs and other training facilities, rescue organizations and many other businesses. groups and individuals have “had us over” to create photos of their clients pets.

Our partners have used the occasion to raise funds for their favorite charity, to enhance their clients relationships, as a fun day for their club or as a revenue generator as thy are entitled to 10% of the days earnings.

Here is a description on how to host your own portrait day.

• Reserve a date - We’ll work with you to choose an appropriate date. We are available 7 days a week and also offer afternoon/evening sessions if that suits your schedule.

• We’ll provide advertising signs prior to the event, we’ll bring you some signs to display, a bundle of flyers including prices as well as a sign up sheet to book the appointments. We also post your day on our website so everyone can know about your event.
• You sign up appointments for each of your client or club members who would like to have photos of their pets. Kids, adults, families, groups, cats, dogs, rabbits, hedgehogs, birds, lizards, snakes and anything else is welcome on Pet Portrait Day. The only consideration is that they must all fit on a 10′ photo backdrop area. We typically allow about 30 minutes per client and we will give you some guidance for allocating the appointments.
• You provide the space ~ we will require an area large enough to build a “studio” - approximately 12 x 15 feet or larger. To minimize the distractions for pets, it is preferable that the area be separate from public spaces.
• On Pet Portrait day we will arrive to set up about an hour before the first appointment. This gives us plenty of time to build the studio backdrop, set up the lights and test everything to ensure we are ready.
• There is no sitting fee. Each client will receive a free 4×6. We will discuss what photos they’re looking for, shoot up to 10 photos for each pet/pose combination, review the digital images with the client and then take the order for the prints. Print packages range from $15 - $35.
• We will deliver the photos back to the shoot location at the most 2 weeks following the shoot date.
